kevindoeschemistry.com is a personal professional site operated by Kevin Braza. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site and how it is used. This site is not ad-supported and does not sell data to third parties.

• Retainer Inquiry Form (/apply) — collects parent or guardian name, email address, student grade or age, and optional information about academic situation and goals. This information is transmitted to Kevin Braza via email and is used solely to evaluate and respond to retainer inquiries.
• Newsletter Signup — collects email address only. Used to send occasional essays and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

How Information Is Used

Submitted information is used only to:

• Respond to retainer inquiries
• Send newsletters to subscribers who have opted in
• Prevent spam (via a honeypot field, no CAPTCHA)

Information is not shared with third parties, used for advertising, or stored in any database beyond what is handled by the email delivery service (Resend).

Third-Party Services

This site uses Resend (resend.com) to transmit form submissions and newsletter emails. Resend processes email addresses as a data processor. Their privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.

This site is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com). Vercel may collect standard server access logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of hosting operations.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics tracking, or any third-party tracking scripts. No behavioral data is collected.

Children's Privacy

The retainer service is designed for families with school-age students. Information submitted via the inquiry form is provided by parents or guardians, not by minors directly. No information is knowingly collected directly from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any information you have submitted by emailing kevindoeschemistry@gmail.com. Newsletter subscribers can also unsubscribe directly via any newsletter email.
