By accessing kevindoeschemistry.com, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. Content on this site — including writing, course materials, and descriptions — is the intellectual property of Kevin Braza and may not be reproduced without permission.

Retainer Services

Retainer engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before services begin. Key terms:

  • 90-Day Engagement Period — All new retainers begin with a 90-day period. At the conclusion of this period, both parties assess fit before committing to an annual arrangement.
  • Annual Commitment — After the 90-day period, the retainer renews annually. Either party may elect not to renew with 30 days written notice before the renewal date.
  • No Refunds After Service Delivery — Given the nature of advisory and instructional services, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Prepaid future periods are refundable on a pro-rata basis if either party terminates the engagement.
  • Capacity — Kevin Braza works with a maximum of 6–8 retainer families at any time. Inquiry submission does not guarantee availability.

Courses

Online courses are sold through third-party platforms (e.g., learn.kevindoeschemistry.com). Refund and access policies for individual courses are governed by the terms of the platform through which they are purchased.

No Guarantees

Academic outcomes depend on student effort, engagement, and many factors outside any advisor's control. Kevin Braza makes no guarantees of specific scores, admissions outcomes, or competitive placements. Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are not representative of guaranteed results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Braza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any associated services.
